This association has been funded in 2004; the president of our association is Mr. Traian Budurnoiu. The existing shelter from Facai, owned by local authorities, is very small, with improper conditions; dogs are captured using a vaw and two dog-catchers traumatize the stray dogs by their brutal catching methods. |
